G Level (gravity acceleration)

The Shockwatch labels, ShockDots and Shockwatch Clips are devices containing a small tube with red liquid in suspension. If the device is subjected to an impact exceeding a specific G level, the shock causes the red liquid to leak out, clearly visible, in the tube.

Gravity acceleration is the acceleration that a body undergoes when it is left free to move in a gravitational field.
