Although the water vapor permeability of PROPATHIN T1500 is very low, for long intercontinental journeys or trips subject to strong and sudden variations in temperature and humidity, the use of humidity absorbers is recommended. A sudden temperature drop, very common in sea transport, can cause the absolute humidity trapped in the environment or packaging to reach the dangerous dew point, creating water droplets inside the packaging.
To avoid this type of problem we recommend using our desiccant products PROPASEC or PROPASIL.
