A new name for Propack barrier material
Our barrier material Propacktene has now a new name : Propametic
We choanged the name but the material is the same, is always a laminated material providing an excellent barrier to water vapours, highly resistant and easy to seal, qualities that make it ideal for the production of pouches, covers and linings for rigid and flexible containers and for packaging numerous products vulnerable to humidity.
Propametic also provides excellent protection against:
- Transmission of oxygen and other gases
- Ultraviolet radiation
- Acids and alkalis
- Damage due to incorrect handling
- Transmission of odours
- Deterioration of colours
On customer’s request, it is possible to fit a porthole indicator on the packing, so that to check the internal moisture degree from outside. It is also possible to fit a tight valve in order to create a vacuum condition inside.
